Welcome and thank you for choosing to dine at SUSHI SHIGE JAPANESE RESTAURANT.

Our chef, Shigeru Fukuyama has been studying and working to perfect the art of Sushi and Kitchen 35 years. After 18 years as a chef in Japan and 7 years in Toronto, finally he came to Halifax.

He has decided to call Halifax home. Finding Haligonians to be friendly and spirited with an appreciation for fine food, he has chosen to share his creations with those who will truly enjoy them.
